During the teaching of Chinese reading, there are some special points of its own like feelings. As required in New Curriculum Standards, teachers should teach the texts with feelings. Generally speaking, there are three aspects of feelings in the teaching of Chinese reading including feelings of the texts, the teacher and the students. After grasping the feelings of texts, the teacher should help students realize it by all means which then can lead them to their own feelings. To achieve the students'feelings, the teacher must be in good fettle which can affect the teaching directly. There are three types of teacher's fettle in teaching including the active type, the moderate and the negative. Different ingredients will cause different teaching fettle, however, of course, the active type is the best one. Only by improving the professional feelings, personal attainment and quality, can the teacher achieve the active fettle and give a wonderful lesson. Besides, controlling his own feelings can also help the teacher get in a good fettle.
