The Research On Educational Rights Protection Mechanism Of Migrant Children

With the development of urbanization and Industrialization, migrant workers increase severely to go down town to work and obtain employment, which is accompanied with the problem of their children's education, it mainly embodies unequal opportunity, the lack of management, entering higher school difficulties, lack of the social culture psychology approval and etc. This thesis regards educational rights of migrant workers'children as the research object, aim at paying close attention to this particular colony, and on the basis of carrying on literature research and positive research, making analysis to current situation of educational problem of the children of rural workers. In addition, from the aspects of reforming household register system, improvement of financial system, laws and regulations, standardize policy for education, cultural psychology integration,and probe into educational right construction tactics of security mechanism, to ensure educational rights of the children of migrant workers, thus enables them to enjoy the educational chance like the urban children and treated equally as well.
