Professional values, also known as work values, values which are embodied on the occupation is an occupation that people treated beliefs and attitudes, or the people shown in his career, a value orientation, career values, with differences, stability, class and diversity and so on. Students in vocational choice are dominated by certain motives, and career motivation are generally determined by the values. Values in occupational choice of expression is "professional values."Study occupational values, not see how people look at "professional values" of the essence, but the focus of people in career choices and career, in many values in which the value of priority consideration. Popular point is a person through the work to pursue the vision of what is to wealth, or for status or other factors. Students value the pursuit of career, location, evaluation, selection will directly affect their career decision-making behavior, will determine how individuals will eventually choose a kind of career.In this study, literature review and the basis of individual interviews to choose Zhang regeneration "Professional Values Test Scale", selected from altruism, achievement motivation, self-independence, social status, rights control, financial rewards, security and stability, and interpersonal the relationship between the representative values of the eight dimensions of the questionnaire as a professional content, try the gender, grade, professional, students, schools and other demographic variables to explore the nature of the public in Nanchang, the occupational values of college students run the status quo of college students professional values of the new characteristics, to find its causes and some suggestions, for students the right values and the future professional career planning and employment guidance to provide a theoretical basis for college.The results of this study show that:1,College students with professional values tend to the continuous development of society has undergone great changes, "interpersonal relations", "achievement motivation", "autonomous and independent" is a career college students in the most concern. More attention from the past, financial rewards, security and stability, social status, the transition to focus more on interpersonal relationships, achievement motivation, independence and altruism come, career choice is more rational, more focus on their actual needs, their professional values and evaluation criteria tend to realistic and specific, and embodied the self-development and realize their value as signs of life orientation And professional values constitute the mainstream of contemporary college students.2,Men and women students in professional values, there are significant differences in total score, and the average score of women in various dimensions are larger than males in the economic returns, security and stability, there was significant difference in achievement motivation and interpersonal dimensions had significant differences, women are more focused on economic returns, security and stability, achievement motivation and interpersonal relationships3,Students in grades professional values exist significant differences. In altruism, achievement motivation and interpersonal significant difference exists. In the self-independence, social status, rights control, security and stability of economic rewards and no significant difference in dimension.4,Professional Values in the liberal arts and science students, there are significant differences in achievement motivation, interpersonal skills, there are significant differences in dimensions, and liberal arts students in all dimensions scores were higher than the engineers.5,College students professional values in the source of the students, both urban and rural areas was not significant. Students from rural areas scored higher.6,College students the nature of professional values significantly different schools, public schools score higher than students in private schools. In the economic returns on the significant differences in achievement motivation, self independent,, interpersonal relationships, significant differences exist. In altruism, social status, rights, security and stability of the control and the difference was not significant.
