Teachers in Secondary Vocational Education (referred to as"SVE") are part of the majority of teachers, whether the teachers is powerful or not, directly related to the quality of Secondary Vocational Education in China."The essence of Vocational Education is a comprehensive vocational ability which is center by skills."And its goal is to cultivate specialists who come up to the need of context of the vocation. Vocational Education is career-oriented, practical application of technology and skills to the main content, teaching the necessary job skills, knowledge and attitudes of professional activity, and allows learners to acquire or expand career mobility and to obtain appropriate professional qualifications. According to the above, the requirements of the teachers of Vocational Education is a'double qualified'teachers who have'the ability of Professional Quality and Professional Practice'and master the theory of Vocational Education, are completely different from the General Education. Master Teachers in Vocational Education is a group who have a deep attainments in teaching and research accomplishments, and have a strong ability of professional practical and professional knowledge. A signal was brought by the first selection of"Vocational Education Teacher in China". To improve the overall quality of the teachers of Vocational Education needs the leadership of experts, due to the nature of Vocational Educational requirements, the Master Teachers in the field of Vocational Education have more significant meaning in the development of the whole teachers of Vocational Education, it is urgent for training and development of young teachers, to summarize and promote their wealth of teaching experience, advanced teaching ideas, high professional ethics, so that more teachers can benefit from it.In this study, professional development of teachers as a theoretical guidance, selected a special stage of professional development of teachers-research of Master Teacher. Took the 305 Vocational teachers as the research subjects, who had won the first"Vocational Education Teacher in China", and on the basis of the assessment materials to be collected and collated of Master Teacher, who had been published on the website by institute of Vocational Education in China, analyzed the their profile and personal growth experience by the way of documentary research. The whole study can divided into five sections: the first section is introduction, which describes the background of this study, including the origin, purpose and research significance, literature review, research methods of the study. The second section is a summary of the development of Master Teacher, which proposed the theoretical background of the present study, summing up the development process of the formation and development of the development of Master Teacher. The third one is the group characteristics of Master Teachers of Vocational Education. Started with the analysis of basic information of the Master Teacher, combining the actual situation of the economic development of the national geographical distribution and industry types, quested the relation of the growth of Master Teacher and these messages, which included geographical distribution of the teachers, professional distribution, as well as age and seniority, title, sex ratio, and whether from the key secondary vocational schools and other information, which revealed the development of Secondary Vocational Education. In the context of the basic statistical information, this study has a further analysis of 23 teachers of Liaoning Province and Shanxi Province, measuring the teaching level of Master Teacher of SVE through the five dimension of teacher professional development which proposed by Pro. Ye-lan, including education, faith, knowledge, ability, professional attitude and motivation self-awareness of the professional development needs, revealed the characteristics of the development of Master Teacher of SVE. The fourth section is to explore the factors affecting the development of Master Teacher of SVE. Based on the further analysis of the material, combining with the characteristics of information of the Master Teacher of SVE and a attribution had made of it, explored the development path and impact of mechanisms of the development of the Master Teacher of SVE. And the last section is to propose a revelation, namely, the growth of Master Teacher of SVE on the development of teachers of SVE.
