Cultural heritage and language education are of great relevance, it can be said that language education shoulder an important responsibility on cultural heritage. Essentially, language education is the process of the students traveling in the cultural world."Language teaching will naturally become a cultural event; the high education is through cultural dialogue, integration of cultural resources, the promotion of cultural construction, development of cultural quality, the pursuit of cultural significance such a series of processes."As full-time compulsory language curriculum standards (Hereinafter referred to as"Chinese New Curriculum Standards") pointed out that:"Language is the most important tool for communication, an important part of human culture; we should"understanding Broad of the rich Chinese culture, absorb the wisdom of our national culture, concerned about the contemporary cultural life, respect for diverse cultures, fine culture in human nutrition."Traditional festivals cultural education in the field of language education is an essential but highly neglected cultural and educational issues. However, the education sector is rare of Chinese traditional festival for the content education research over the past century: the concept of vague, weak consciousness teachings blank, as for the traditional festivals and cultural themes of the election and even less text.This article starts with the traditional festivals of language education and cultural mission to cut into the details. Then nurturing students to language learning in traditional festivals and cultural psychology of learning, and strengthen the role of teacher education festival, open language education in the traditional festivals and many other cultural and educational point of view of the effective channel depth. Among them, the traditional language education to develop effective channels of cultural and educational festivals include: Language teaching materials, classroom life construct, develop after-school festivals and cultural resources in five areas. With regard to teaching materials, for PEP, Su Jiao ban and language editions of the three versions of the elementary, junior high and high school textbooks in the traditional festivals and cultural themes, genres selected text should be straightened out, analysis and evaluation. Finally, through the traditional festival of culture and education in the West compared, further derived language education in the traditional festival of culture and education should not be based solely on their own, it should also be lots of traditional festivals for Chinese and foreign cultural and educational exchanges, let language education in the traditional festival of culture and education, "Hundred Flowers" to deal with the impact and challenges of multi-cultural festival.
