The internationalization and regionalization of social producing way make cooperation and communication work as an essential condition in people's work and life in the modern society. While valuing baby's sociality development and fostering baby's good social skills and social adaptation abilities become an important content of preschool education. Communicating strategy training has become a main way to improve the peer relationships of children and to foster their social adaptation in the area of preschool education. Consulting the domestic and foreign related literature, we find hat at present there're a variety of ways to foster the baby's communicating ability, but the ones specially used for fostering baby's communicating strategies turn to be very few. Some fundamental research indicates that role-play game can help babies to get away self-centralization, and increase opportunities of communicating with each other, thus enhancing the effect of baby's communicating ability. Whether these role-play games can enhance baby's communicating strategy level will be the major problem of this research. This research starts from fostering baby's communicating strategy, utilizes semi-structured role-play game arranged by myself, selects two kindergarten classes of six and seven year old babies in a top-class private kindergarten of Xinyang city, Henan province. It also uses a method of natural experiment primarily, and inspection, interview, questionnaire etc. for auxiliary, and combining collective survey with case study. And by using quota and qualitative analysis, we compare the experimental class and the control class's babies only to find: (1) The designed role-play intervention improved experimental class babies'peer communicating strategy in the process of experiment. It could improve positive communicating strategy, such as invitation, cooperation, help and consultation, at the same time it could reduce the frequency of using passive communicating strategy, such as attacking and counter-attacking; (2) After the designed role-play program put into practice, the experimental class children's communicating ability assessed by teacher are definitely higher than that before the experiment; (3) The role-play game with teacher intervening as assistance reduced two cases'frequency of using passive communicating strategy, and increased their positive communicating strategy, and enriched their communicating strategy details; (4) Teacher's passive intervene improved babies'ability to solve problems independently; (5) Role-playing game intervention enhanced the ecological validity of this experiment.
