Since the reform and opening up, China's education undertakings have developed rapidly. Greater discipline background, people to interdisciplinary very attention,pedagogy interdisciplinary at this point has to get fast development. However, with the transformation of higher normal colleges, some higher normal colleges in succession to comprehensive development, has opened many non-normal discipline, professional,some normal university, the teacher, majors set already far exceeded education discipline, scattered in teachers' colleges education discipline education discipline of attention to the position in higher normal colleges by unprecedented challenges, this also correspondingly affected pedagogy cross in the development of higher normal colleges. Due to academic discipline, university system into starting point, normal insititiion of higher education in the discipline, professional cross subject without their position in the catalogue, which makes the pedagogy interdisciplinary the development in higher normal colleges is even more difficult. Although, education discipline education circles in overlapping subject received extensive attention, have fast development. But in normal institutions of higher education interdisciplinary development situation is not optimistic. At present, the higher education research field of general for the teachers' colleges in the research on how to construct the teachers' colleges, and development of pedagogy interdisciplinary research for is mainly focused on each pedagogy theory construction, disciplinary attribute, etc, there is no special study the development status of pedagogy interdisciplinary research. Based on the normal institutions of higher education interdisciplinary as the research object, using a literature search, comparative research and case study of normal institutions of higher education, the development stat-us of cross-disciplinary research and find affect normal institutions of higher education development of the cross subject factors for pedagogy interdisciplinary in the higher pedagogical colleges and universities better development provides beneficial enlightenment. Therefore, this research mainly study the following five parts:the first part quotes mainly introduced the problems were put forward, the literature research methods and content. The second part of normal institutions of higher education research development of the cross subject status. From four aspects of development status of pedagogy interdisciplinary launched research:One is, the higher normal colleges in different periods of pedagogy interdisciplinary development in; 2 it is normal institutions of higher education, and the same period of cross subject development in; Three is, the same pedagogy interdisciplinary in different higher normal colleges in erduos; Four is, different pedagogy interdisciplinary in the development of same higher normal colleges. The third part, mainly from the pedagogy interdisciplinary, higher normal colleges and higher normal colleges pedagogy interdisciplinary development and state decision, the policy relationship, this three party of normal institutions of higher education development of the cross subject characteristics are analyzed. The fourth part of normal institutions of higher education to influence factors of cross subject. The fifth part of normal institutions of higher education, through the development of the cross subject research, from state higher normal school, national policy, decision two aspects promote higher normal colleges is obtained the development of pedagogy interdisciplinary several enlightenment.
