Information literacy has become a basic literacy for the people living in the information society. Consequently, there's no doubt that the following aspects should be important contents in the higher education reform, including the systematic scientific college students' information literacy course construction and the cultivation of high-quality graduates who meet the demands of the information era and equip with the latest professional knowledge and good capability of innovation and practice.This thesis separately defines the concepts of information literacy and college students' information literacy on the basis of discussion and research in the information literacy education situations in domestic and overseas. This paper is on account of the survey conducted on the students' information literacy situation in Shenyang Normal University. It analyzes the problems faced in the students' information literacy cultivation in details and puts forward the construction scheme of students' information literacy curriculum from both explicit aspect and recessive aspect.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter discussed the background, significance, research status and the steps and method of study of papers. The second chapter defined the information literacy, college students' information literacy and other related concept. The third chapter analyzed the questionnaire of the literacy of the freshmen in 2010 and graduates in 2011 between 1,250 students. Based on the statistics and analysis of the questionnaire, we can summarize the current situation of information literacy. The fourth chapter analyzed and summarized the problems existing in the college. In chapter 5 the writer put forward the college information retrieval course construction plan from two aspects; dominant curriculum and recessive course, He Stressed that we should not only put more attention to explicit curriculum construction but also strengthen college students' information literacy implicit curriculum development in order to realize the undergraduate information literacy comprehensive and effective ascension. In explicit curriculum construction, the author put forward the plan of adapting to the information age requirement, and professional integration of information literacy of university students curriculum. In the implicit curriculum development, the author developed information literacy of university student recessive course from the information environment and students' activities. Only dominant course construction and implicit curriculum development simultaneously, can realize the college students' information literacy programs scientific, systematic and consistency, and overall promoting college students' information literacy.This paper presents the information literacy of the students' course construction scheme for other universities hope can provide reference information literacy education.
