Theoretical And Empirical Study On Development Of Disabled Sports Volunteer Training In College

As the 2008 Beijing Paralympics was held successfully in China, the sports for the disabled has been caused the unprecedentedly catholic concern. It explodes the Handicap Service Upsurge among the society. University students, as the main force of China Volunteers, have a higher moral quality, cultural literacy, modernized consciousness, and the wide vision. They are kind and passionate while they lack the understanding for the disabled and their sports. They also lack the related knowledge, skills and the experiences. Due to the lack of knowledge and skills, there is a great shortage that exists in the quantity and quality of the volunteers for the sports for the disabled in our country. The study on the sports for the disabled starts relatively late in China. Compared with the_?ractical needs, we still have a long way to go. It is sorely needed the scientific theory as guideline to realize the sustainable development of the Volunteer Service for the sports for the disabled.This study chooses the Volunteer Service for the sports for the disabled as the research object. The paper adopts the Comprehensive usage of documents and material study, investigation, logic analysis and mathematical statistics method, etc. It takes the college volunteer training for the sports for the disabled as the breakthrough point. This paper investigates the current situation of the Participation in the volunteer service for the sports for the disabled among the college students on the basis of the analysis of associated documents. It shows that the number of the volunteers who take part in the service for the sports for the disabled is small. The main cause is the shortage of basic service knowledge and PE study, so most of the students agree to introduce the volunteer training course for the sports for the disabled into the curriculum.On this basis, it builds the theoretical framework of the volunteer service training for the sports for the disabled. Also this paper analyzes the cases of volunteer training for the 4th Special Olympics of Fujian Province. It has pointed out that the advantages and the difficulties that confront us, and provides a scientific and reasonable training mode.
