Research On Continuing Education System Of Management Cadres Of Basic Education

Education is the foundation of the whole national education system and the basis to exert quality education. The overall quality of the management team of basic education determines the quality of basic education and is the key to carry out the exemptions. Further education provides an opportunity for a lifelong learning, education innovation and development of individuality, which is an important way to improve its self-quality and guarantee the quality of the education system.Based on the theory of further education, this paper analyses situation of domestic and international further educations and exemplifies the training centers of Wuhu's education management cadres to find out the existing problems in our further education of management cadres and try to solve them.Through theoretical research and empirical analysis, this paper first includes further education of management cadres into the category of further education system, systematically thinking about-the objective, principle, content, form, method technology, organization management, training evaluation and training effect conversion of the cadre training. On this basis, it completes the system construction, mainly shown into perfect training system, straighten out training management mechanism, transit training conception, scientifically define the training goal, innovate training model, seek to training diversity, intensify training evaluation mechanism, promote effect of training conversion. We should be strengthened in training institutions, to teach diversification in training mode, to teach in training management, and to accomplish signification in training evaluation on standardization.The construction of basic education system of management cadres training aims at effectively promoting professional development of the education management cadre, better improving reform and development of the basic education, building "overpass" of lifelong learning, trying hard to contribute to learning-typed society.
