The Application Of System Theory Principles In College Students' Affairs Management

Chinese society has been constantly changing since the reform and opening-up. All areas of society are in innovation and improvement, including universities. But the historical background --- dramatic transition of society requires practical thinking and research correspondingly in college students' affairs administration which according with times. The appearance of system theory in 1950s provided us with a macro and effective overall analysis method as well as a new perspective to solve problems. Based on the systematic theory, this article takes the contemporary Chinese college students' affairs administration as an open system, to make a comprehensive analysis from four aspects of the system, system of goal theory, factors theory, operation cybernetics and environmental adaptation theory. And the discussions are integrated using a variety of system thinking methods, not isolated, between the parts of division are in organic connection According to the advanced basic principle and system of foreign universities and colleges students' affairs management system, analyzing and discussing advantages and disadvantages exist in today's college students' affairs management, put forward improvements in China's colleges and universities students' affairs management system. This article aims to using systematical thoughts better understanding of college students' affairs management, so as to achieve the perfect and education promoting of college students' all-round development goals.
