College students are an important part of human resources. The college students' grew, usefulness is not only related to the personal development, but also related to the national economy and the development of human resources to achieve the goals of power. College students' career planning is an effective way to promote themselves. The purposes of this study are: First, through the literature, interview, questionnaire to know current situation of college students' career planning, and summarizes the problems existed. Secondly, through investigate the career planning of course teaching situation, combining college students' suggestions about the career planning course, and to innovate of the teaching form and content.117 College students from Hebei Agricultural University Institute of Marine were selected, in order to examine the open career planning guide curriculum development of college students' career planning of actual effect, and to provide beneficial reference for their career planning.This study makes the following conclusions:1.Generally speaking, the college students' career planning existed many problems: Occupation Cognition ability level is minimum, Second is the lack of Self Cognition ability, The Employment Confidence and Career Cognition level were in moderate satisfaction, the Career Direction Detection level is the highest. The college students' social practice contents and forms were single, and lack of the understanding of the relevant occupational environment of social practice activity. Students can realize the importance of Self Cognition,but in the process of realizing encountered many difficulties.2. Population statistics show that there were many differences in education, grade, and terrain. Specifically, through comparing education difference, it is showed that the scores (in the subscales of Occupation Cognition and Career Direction Detection)of collage students are higher than those of undergraduate students. Comparing grade difference, there are significant differences among higher grades and lower grades, it is showed that the scores(in the Employment Confidence and the Career Direction Detection)of higher grades are much lower than those of lower grades. Comparing terrain difference, it is showed that the scores of Occupation Cognition of urban students are much higher than those of the rural students. Comparing whether monitor or not, it is showed that the scores of Self Cognition, Occupation Cognition and Career Cognition of monitor is much higher than those of non-monitor.3.82.3% students thought the career planning course was very necessary,91.9% students approved of the teacher's teaching professionalism and attitude, But 67.8% were not satisfied to the teachers' professional level and the teaching effect. Students were interested in the practice of outdoor classroom lesson and the interactions between classes, and they were in interested in the contents about employment environment and how to improve the occupational competitiveness.4. The open career planning guide curriculum can effectively improve the college students' career planning. Students in Employment Confidence, Self Cognition, Occupation Cognition, Career Direction Detection, Career Cognition and Career Planning increased significantly。...
