| Competition between countries in fact is the competition of qualified people in 21st century. Senior high school is the main base in the fundamental education area of cultivating high qualified people for various industries. In experimental demonstration senior high schools, groups of talented students do exist. How does a senior high school adapt to the new situation, find out the effective ways to promote the comprehensive quality of talented students, provide more talents of higher quality for the society, become an important topic for educational researchers.Techniques which are employed in this paper include:literature method, questionnaire and action method. Systematic researches in action method have been done on the talented students in experimental class of Shanghai WY high school in X district. Findings obtained from various data, the effects of school curriculum, moral education, social practice and students' assessment on the quality education of talented students in senior high schools have been analyzed and discussed. And the writer has done a questionnaire research on the comprehensive quality assessment of the talented students in the quality education experimental class of Shanghai WY high school. Through this example, the result validates that the methods to promote the comprehensive quality of talented students in this paper are scientific and effective with strong practical value. At the same time, the writer constructs an evaluation index system of talented students and analyze the effects on their comprehensive quality in order to evaluate talented students' comprehensive quality completely, objectively, and scientifically, to promote the activities and innovation of the students.In this paper, the basic characteristics have been systematically concluded, sorted, and researched. The correct methods to promote the comprehensive quality of talented students are also put out, such as a suitable school curriculum. The research shows that the extended and deliberate school curriculums which give more room for students to decide for their selves and the social practice which can raise their activities will achieve the aim of promoting the comprehensive quality of talented students better.Finally, according to the research results, the writer tries to find out some suggestions and solutions on the quality education of talented students, which include:school curriculum, moral education, and assessment method. |
