Questioning is the channels and means of communication and exchange between teachers and students. Whether teaching can become a interactive, harmonious, efficient and complete learning process that students take subject participation in, questioning plays a vital role. It is not only the problems of operational skill level, but also involving education concept first of all. Optimization of Questioning is to establish and develop the main body of students, and to make the classroom the Holy Land of growing knowledge, development of thinking, rich emotion, striving to inspire the imagination, creative thinking, promoting interpersonal communication, training the spirit of cooperation, healthy personality and good habits. This is the sustainable development needs of students, but also needs to improve the current practice of teaching. This article focuses on the demands of knowledge economy era for qualified personnel. For classroom teaching situation , with teaching practice experience, as a guide to advanced learning theory, on the basis of the optimization in the definition of questioning and the research of teaching theory, it discusses on optimization strategy of questioning. I believe that the teaching of the new strategy must focus on training students'humanities and science literacy, students'awareness and habits of learning independently, creating a good self-learning environment for students, actively promoting independence, cooperation, explore learning form. Specific to questioning of class teaching, first of all, it is to recognize that questioning is a multi-directional information transfer process and the process of students'development promotion. Teachers should have the modern concepts of education, give full play of teachers and students'initiative and creativity in teaching; Secondly, for optimization strategy, questioning must have purpose, level, prediction, art, humanities, innovation; Thirdly, teachers ought to develop students'thinking by the optimization strategy of induction question; Fourthly, teachers ought to develop students'awareness of problem, teach the method of question and challenge. In the course of the study, I used the research method of literature study and summarizing experience. In the context of innovative education, in accordance with the nature of subject, goal definition, reviewing teaching of questioning, introducing in psychological learning theory, I learn from the advanced thinking and mode of teaching, sum up my own teaching experience, and put forward my own ideas.
