The quality of teaching and research work directly related to the work of school teaching quality and professionalism of teachers, the advantages and disadvantages. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, teachers in the classroom teaching a variety of issues and challenges facing the growing need to rely on team strength solution, the construction of teaching and research are more and more attention. However, due to multiple factors, teaching and research not fully play its due role.
