Research On Dragon Boat Of Village By XiMeng Village Of Ying Tan City Of JiangXi Provice

Dragon boat, popular saying dragon boat race, is one of traditional sports, which not only is recreation, but also can foster patriotism spirit and team spirit. On the surface,dragon boat has realized process from tradition to modern, and it has become formal competition, also performed in foreign countries, but the event has its shortcomings of development. As one of excellent traditional culture, dragon boat should been promoted.The thesis researches on dragon boat of village by documentary data method, case study method, field survey method and interview method. The thesis.at first, summary origin, current development, social culture, connotation, explosion intangible assets of dragon boat,transmission and transformation,existing problems between dragon boat and school sport, finally makes conclusion that the theory of dragon boat is immature, applied research is less, and case syudy is more.The thesis researches and analysis's construction, ceremony, form and identification of result from traditional period of XiMeng village(before 1949),before reform(1949-1978),transmission period(1978-1994),cooperation and development period(from 1994 to now)through researching XiMeng village of moon lake district of Ying Tan city of Jiangxi province. Finally, the conclusion is that it is necessary to strengthen research on dragon boat, and to give tactics about development. We should disseminate theories on dragon boat, pay attenuation to the function of cultivation, reform and innovation of dragon boat competition, and strengthen scientific guidance in order to make dragon boat scientization, standardization and elegance, finally let culture of dragon boat become common culture of the masses.
