This paper analyzes current situation about teachers'dealing with children's behavior against discipline, discusses the reasons of problems, and proposes some advices accordingly through qualitative research and quantitative research with observing,narrating, comparing and questionnaires.Through the analysis of current situation about teachers'dealing with children's behavior against discipline, we found the following five problems. Firstly, preschool teachers'classroom management is in good condition on the whole and school age, class size and the teacher's education background are the important factors that influence the effect of classroom management. Secondly, non-standard sitting position and speaking loudly are the main behaviors against discipline. Thirdly, there exist some cognitive deviations in teacher's object of discipline education. Fourthly, some teachers can't control the degree when dealing with children's behavior against discipline and can't choose the strategies flexibly. Fifthly, some teachers'methods are very simple, which causes that children can't understand the rule. The last three are the main problems that exist in teachers'dealing with children's behavior against discipline.We think the reasons of the problems can be analyzed from the views of teachers and children. From the views of teachers, the intrinsic reasons include teachers'inappropriate expectations, own mistake, management styles, etc. The extrinsic reasons include the emergence of the unexpected incidents and the teaching difficulties, the negative influence of the environment, oversize class causing that some teachers claim too many rules, the assessment system in the kindergarten, etc. From the views of children, the intrinsic reasons include children's typical behaviors in their infancies, lack of skills, lack of understanding, false studying and needs not satisfied, etc. The extrinsic reasons come mainly from family.According to the analyses of the current situation and the reasons, we put forward the principle of the strategies which include improving the occasion calmly, kindliness and holding the proper limit for speech or action, observing scrupulously and preventing ahead. The concrete strategies include changing the teachers'expectations, admitting bravely, neglecting temporarily, leading act with act, returning change for change, skill training, result correlation, gradual familiarity, etc. Moreover, the key to judge the strategies is whether the teacher can deal with children's behaviors against discipline smartly, quickly and correctly, in order to ensure the teaching go on wheels.
