Preschool education is the foundation of basic education, If this phase lack of education will lead to continued learning and development arise a gap. Preschool education play an important role in people's socialization, personality development and the quality of people's cognitive development; and also play an important value in the cause of the whole education development and family development. Looking back over the history of preschool education, its development is actually a constant reference to the advanced education and absorbed from it, of course, we also carried out in Chinese Characteristics.In this paper, we study the history of Chinese preschool education which have learned from foreign countries from 1903 to today, through analysis and research, this learning process can be divided into four stages: imitating the Japanese mode, learning from the United States, learning from the Soviet Union and learning globalization, and based on this, analysis and explain the learning outcomes and the main lessons learned in different stages, and finally pointed out that this study will give us some useful lessons in the course of our future's educational learning .
