A Research On Organization Structure And Management Model In Hunan Multicampus Universities

Since the 20th century 90s, the operation of government organizations and universities, active cooperation, China conducted a large-scale merger and restructuring universities. Structure and function are closely linked, and therefore to establish a scientific and reasonable structure and efficient operation and management model is needed to solve such multi-campus University of urgent problems.
