Teacher development has been attached great importance to the education sector. In recent years, the development of the concept of teacher self-professional was gained much attention. More and more people realize that only by establishing a dynamic of the internal mechanism of teacher professional development, and give full play to the educational wisdom of teachers, make the teachers be the active participants, researchers and practitioners, can we effectively promote teachers to higher levels of development. At the same time, the rapid development and rapid popularity of the information technology represented by network technology, offer strong technical support and development for teachers to achieve autonomous learning, self-reflection and cooperation in the exchange. Among them, relying on a network of network teaching and research as a new form of teaching and research organizations, expand the teaching and research activities in space-time, has become an effective means of professional development for teacher autonomy.The teaching and research platform for network for the professional development of teachers is designed in this thesis. The paper first summarizes the current status of the network construction of teaching and research platform, analyzes the problems and discusses the relationship between the network teaching and research and professional development, and the support services of network teaching and research platform to professional development of teachers, proposes the necessity and importance on creating a network teaching and research platform of teachers professional development in primary and secondary school. Through conducting a survey of the main application for network teaching and research group that teachers, for the primary and secondary school teachers in teaching and research platform for content and functionality on the needs of statistical data. In conclusion on the basis of further analysis, determine the content and function of the platform's construction, at last the module development and implementation of concrete is finished.The features of this platform are to design a teacher workshop, group interaction, and video case three main modules. Teacher Workshop makes personal knowledge management network space for teachers self-management on resources will allow teachers to systematically document the process of professional growth. Group interactive teaching highlights the main advantage of the network researching and teaching across time and space and multi-feature, the individual learning to expand into online teaching and research community groups makes better integration and cooperation of collective wisdom of teachers. Video case module is a good place for reflection and discussion among teachers, and its rich resources of video case meet the needs of studies and teaching for teachers to self-renewal. Through the integration of three main modules, the platform to achieve more effective teaching and research on the network and play a leading role in the development of teacher autonomy.
