Research On Legal Guarantee System Of Our Country's Ecological Security

With the problem of environmental pollution and ecological damage growing, the ecological security is increasingly becoming important issues affecting national security.As a new form of national security, the ecological security reflects a new national security concept.It is the foundation of the national security, which is the base of other national securities.Our ecological security faces a number of challenges with our social transformation.The problem on ecological safety is concerned with whether the continuous development of economy and society can realize or not.It is urgent and significant for us to study on problems of ecological security of our country.At present time, the reserch on the ecological security is still in its infancy in the world.I believe that the research on this subject can help to build better legal protection system of the ecological security in our country and may push our research of environment and resources law to a higher level.Firstly, my thesis clarifies the concept, nature, characteristics, classification, importance and theoretical and practical significance of ecological security. Secondly,my thesis analyzes the theoretical values of maintenance of the national ecological security according to political science, economics, ethics. Thirdly,my thesis studies on the legal protection system of ecological security in Russia, the United States and Japan,and hope to provide more valuable experiences to build our national legal protection system of ecological security in our country. Lastly,on the basis of the ecological security status and the reasons of formation, my thesis analyzes flaws of the legal protection system of ecological security and put forward some iedas about how to prefect our country's system of ecological security.
