Main Existing Problems And Stratigies In University Students' Voluntary Services Of Henan Province

University students'voluntary services,carried out by universities to meet the need of the development in society and the times,are of great social value. To promote the university volunteer work has a very positive role in the social development of social security system,and the molding of students'healthy character.Under the background of diversified value collision and the confilicet between utility and morality,the current development of Henan University.Voluntary services is both rapid and difficult. Its future development will also explore and advance in the twists and turns. This thesis has a detailed study and research on the status of Henan University student voluntary service,the existing problems and the strategies.The first part is the outline.It mainly expounds the basic content of the voluntary service, the social value of the university students, and the future tendency of this service. It exposes that the university students voluntary service has emergency value, the resource value,the economic value,the moral value, the interpersonal value,the educational value,and so on.The second part is analysis of the main existing problems and reasons.Through the arrangement of the qustionaires and interviews and the qualitative analysis on these data,it finds out that the seisting problems are the low degress of the service notion internalization, the scare social meterials, the motivative barrier in students' mind, the limitation of international degree on the conditon of multicuture,ect.The third part gives the stratigies,which are deepening the service notion, Strengthening the "five mechanisms" for the voluntary services,extending the servcice channels and enhangcing internaitonal commuication and coopration.All of these can make university students to contionously improve their own general quality and contribute themselves to build a harmonious society in the process of enlargement of the service range.
