The civil service system plays a very important role in the modern society, for it is not only the essential tool and method to accomplish the government mission, but also the main carrier for the government to complete its value and objective, meanwhile it can also represent the validity of government. The civil servants'performance evaluation, as the " centum " of civil service system has gradually become standardized, scientific and legalized, but there are still some problems as follows, such as:Assessing on a mere formality, focusing on more qualitative assessment and less quantitative assessment, and neglecting the feedback of assessment information. The most prominent problem is inappropriate use of assessment results, which affects the encouraging function of civil servants'performance evaluation, as well as validity and rationality of evaluation. A well-formed civil servants'performance evaluation system can bring into effect through inspecting official's working behavior and effect regularly, and put the evaluation results into the rewards and punishment process, thus provide the impetus that makes the officials hard-working and well-performed, meanwhile this system can unify with the management process to form a sound public administration system, in order to guarantee that the government serves truly for the people. Therefore, this article has a deep research into the civil servants'performance evaluation results use, aiming to promote the validity of civil servants'performance evaluation reform from the results' deduction.Firstly, this paper introduces the basis of our application of the civil servants'performance evaluation results, including its main theory, the content, the methodology; meanwhile the paper also gives some comments on the application of the civil servants'performance evaluation results according to the comparison on international developed countries'practice and experience. Secondly, the paper analyzes the present situation of our country on the matter of application of the civil servants'performance evaluation results and points out our problems as well as the reason. Finally, the paper indicates some approaches to make good use of the civil servants'performance evaluation results combining with foreign successful experience, including how to put the feedback into first system research, the right way to use the application of the civil servants'performance evaluation results and fulfill the operation mechanism of the performance evaluation of civil servant results'application.
