"Volunteer Service" is a great and noble cause, to promote social development has become an important tool and an important symbol of social civilization and progress. Enterprises are the creators of social wealth, social morality and responsibility of corporate citizenship awareness of the significant building a harmonious society. GY companies are increasingly concerned about and effectively fulfill the obligations of social responsibility.Case the body part to volunteer in this great cause as the background, by introducing the company's group GY background, development process and social responsibility activities, to understand the company's business profile GY. GY volunteer activities from the planning of promotional company, organization, management and operation of three levels of recruitment to the specific description of the operation of the volunteer activities. GY made a series of social benefits in the same time, there's trouble volunteer activities, although the initial establishment of a volunteer management practices and incentives, does not solve the volunteers, and against acts of resistance, and there are three kinds of represented difficulties of volunteer activities.Some case studies, volunteer activities under the company's troubled GY cases, for individuals, organizations, two levels of analysis, for individual volunteers, the use of work motivation theory, performance theory, reward theory, satisfaction theory, demand theory specific analysis. The basic conclusion made 3 points:the development of corporate volunteer hard overnight, will face difficulties due to insufficient incentives; business volunteers at the individual level incentives should be authorized, psychological contract, target incentives, job enrichment incentives, training incentives as the main method; enterprise level organization of volunteer incentives, should provide an institutional guarantee that volunteers, promote the brand establish a volunteer, volunteer activities, material support, the implementation of network management, training and promotion of volunteerism as the primary method.
