| The construction of the student CCP team in university is an important part of party building in new time. Strengthening the contingent of the communist party member in the college related to the future and fate of our country and party, and the realization of building a well-off society in an all-round way. It is demand that comprehensively implement the scientific outlook and the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Seventh Central Committee and the National Party Conference.In the new century, the international situation has undergone great changes in an increasingly accelerated process of globalization, the Internet and other new Internet media spread to different ideas and cultures and values at an unprecedented rate. With the further deepen restructuring of the domestic economy, employment, healthcare, education, housing and other livelihood issues become more prominent.And in the party, there are some negative and corrupt phenomena, etc., all these international and domestic factors had a certain influence on party members on the college students, which forming a new challenge. How to face challenges, adapt to the new situation, to create a new situation in building of college students party members become a new topic to us. This paper absorbed some research results of some experts, conjunction with my work experience, try to finding a good way to strengthen and improve party building.There are five parts in this paper. The first part is introduction. The second part mainly elaborated the significance of strengthening the party building among the college students. The third part analyzed the problems existed in. The forth part analyzed the cause of the problems existed in building student party member. The fifth part is a core that mainly discussed to solve the problem in the party building, which are discussed from four aspects:the guide thought and the general requirement of the party building in university; the selection and training of the activist who want to join in the party; the organization building and management system of student's party organization; the team-building of student's party. It is hope to provide useful reference to strengthen the party-building work among university students. |
