The Study On The Developing Of Rural Civil Organization Of New-countryside Building In Suburbs Of Changzhi

In the new historical period, with the New-Countryside-Building and the promotion of grassroots democracy, China's rural civil organization has been an unprecedented development. Rural civil organizations in its non-governmental, non-profit, voluntary, autonomous, civil, etc. In the promotion of rural economic development, building grassroots democracy, the process of building a socialist harmonious society played an important role. After more than ten years of development, Changzhi City, suburban and rural areas of civil organizations are increasingly becoming the villagers to cultivate democratic consciousness, and resolve social contradictions, an important platform for integration of social resources; become active in Changzhi City suburb of rural culture and promoting the public welfare, strengthen the building of spiritual civilization, an important carrier for the local construction of new socialist countryside to make a contribution. While civil organizations in rural areas in Changzhi City, suburban and rural areas the positive role of economic and social development has become increasingly prominent, because of various reasons, the development of rural civil organizations are also facing many problems, how to grow the rural civil organizations to promote the new socialist countryside construction is placed in an important task before us.This paper , which is outskirts of Changzhi City, 32 administrative villages, six township to conduct site visits and research, based on the investigation in suburbs of Changzhi ,explores the problems in the development of the rural civil organizations and highlight the meaning of the rural civil organizations development and construction of the concept .This paper is divided into five chapters: Part I is the topics of significance, theoretical overview, the basic meaning and the outskirts of Changzhi City profile; Part II is based on the investigation in the field for the development of types and characteristics of rural civil organizations; Part III analyzes the rural civil organizations active in rural areas effect; Partâ…£is present problems of rural civil organizations in suburbs of Changzhi; Part V Is focusing on the construction and development of the concept for the rural civil organizations of the suburbs of Changzhi from the basic principles, the external environment, self-construction and party building work.
