Protection of personal privacy is the need for protecting human dignity and individual freedom.With the continuous progress of network technology,citizens'modern life and work can not do without computers and networks.When citizens are enjoying the benefits and convenience of Internet technology,they also have to provide some personal information and data.However, modern social networks everywhere, and citizens' personal information are often improperly disembosomed and collected,used,the privacy of citizens is easily violated under network environment.Protection of Personal Information and maintenance of privacy of citizens under the network environment have become a top priority.The protection of privacy of our national citizens have not only been the field of commercial law issues,criminal law can not also simply and solely be effectively addressed by prescribing "sell personal information illegally providing citizens the crime". Accordingly, it is necessary to study the protection of network privacy from the perspective of administrative law.Our paper will begin from some typical cases, summarize the type of network privacy infringement, analyse the ontology of network privacy.On this basis,using the relationship theory between public rights and private rights,analyse the necessity of Administrative Protection of Internet Privacy,and protection of Administrative Law should be adhered to the principle of legality, the principle of proportionality, the principle of balance of interests, relief principles.In addition,we investigate the protection of Administrative Law.Finally, on the basis of the experience of the introduction of network privacy at home and abroad,I proposed suggestions and solutions of Executive and legislative and administrative enforcement.
