Study On The System Of Realizing Corporate Social Responsibility

Topics on corporate social responsibility have drawn more and more attentions since several years'ago. According to it, this paper aims at defining the corporate social responsibility, analyzing the necessity of imposing the responsibility on enterprises from three angles—economy, sociology and law, What's more, by comparing with realization system of this area from western countries to give more suggestions, which will help our construction on corporate social responsibility institution.This paper can be divided into four parts, which including plenty of writing methods: the method of historic searching, the method of interdisciplinary study, the method of comparative analysis and the method of studying law economic…For the first part, the paper has given a general introduction of corporate social responsibility through the definition, the development process together with analyzing the necessity of imposing the responsibility on enterprises from three angles—economy, sociology and law. During the second part, it mainly edifies the masses by comparing with the realization system of this area from western countries. In the third part, the paper tries to find the weaknesses in the present corporate social responsibility institution of our own businesses under the help of investigating the legislative review and empirical research. At the last part, this paper hold the opinion that only relying on the rational and effective corporate social responsibility institution that can we accomplish social responsibility of corporations. To improve the realization institution of our own businesses needs longtime hard working; we should shoulder this heavy but on the other hand honorable responsibility, know the establishment of relevant system should be reciprocal to the company's interest, make good use of the guidance of law and lead the enterprises to bear the relevant social responsibility actively. Only on that condition that can we realize the harmonious development between corporations and society to the final sustainable development of whole society.
