The Philosophic Thinking On The Social Safety And Social Development In The Context Of Risk Society

Since the industrial age, human society has been developing very quickly while people's living standard has been greatly enhanced. However, with globalization, social safe problems have been manifested increasingly, risk society has arrived without warning and the survival and development of the human have been seriously treated. Those all above have caused wide public concern, more and more people set to question the social development goals and methods. According to the safe situation in human society, on the basis of a simple analysis and understanding of risk society, this paper reveals that current social safe issues and safe risks have become major factors of restricting social development, and shows that the contradiction between social safety and social development has been highlighted in the age of globalization. In view of philosophy, this paper uses basic Marxist theory, focuses on the dialectically analysis and deep thought of the relationship between social safety and social development and tries to find out the essential nature and original of the contradictions between social safety and social development, striving in a new perspective to recognize the safe issues correctly, and examine the development of human society. Then this paper suggests that it's necessary to reform and banish capitalism private ownership for the development of human society and then comes up with the way of safe development to coordinate and balance social safety and social development. Based on reality, this paper gives full play to the functions of philosophy to solve practical problems from general to specific and abstract to concrete. According to the situation that China's major unexpected events happened frequently and more safe risks appeared, this paper analysis the specificity of the contradiction between social safety and social development of China, underlies the origins of it and puts forward measures and suggestions to promote the safe development of our country in order to promoted the formation of social safe development theory and to make the practice of Chinese social development safely goes smoothly.
