In modern society, education functions into a layer of society to break the traditional hierarchy of social status ascribed barriers obtained highlights the self-induced nature of cultural knowledge and technical capacity of individuals to shape the social and cultural identity of the important role.Education through the institutionalization of the provisions, according to different segment, professional type, education level, technical level of standards sieve passed the examination, the educated population segregation of different types of schools, training of personnel at different levels and specifications to meet the different positions needs in community. Educational stratification mechanism leads to the educated school category, the level of academic qualifications and differences level, given the educational different status of the educated, directly affected the community members job entry, job access and career mobility.Therefore,for the rural members who's relationship of social networks are in the disadvantaged state of society, to a large extent, whose career choice and social mobility depends on the individual's level of education.In this study, using questionnaires, interviews, literature analysis methods empirical approach to the village B in Guangxi , data collection about their educational background, job status and social mobility of the people who born in 1980 (including 1980) until 1990 (including 1990) , having completed their education, on job, unmarried.And in-depth interviews to 44 different educational levels person from that.Use of educational-sociology theory and other related disciplines to analysis : he reasons impact of the rural members'occupational mobility; the factor affecting rural members'educational level; how is education affects the social mobility in rural areas members, and so on.Paper includes four parts:Part I: Introduction,mainly discussed and clarifications for the reason of research selection, relevant literature review, relevant concepts and theories to define the basis and purpose of the study, methods and processes.Part II: the Investigation and Analysis to the rural members'social mobility, I collected data in the educational background, job status about 11 teams 141 family 242 members who born in 1980-1990 in B village; selected 44 different educational levels of staff-depth interviews learned about their post-education career, including changes in job positions, the wage level fluctuations, in-service training, and the job -learning and in school (especially secondary school stage) of such and found that education has an important impact on occupational mobility of individuals.Part III: Perspectives the factors on the impact of rural members of the educational level ,the main factors impact of rural members by level of education focused on two aspects: one is the family environment, including the impact of family education and the impact of family cultural capital; the other hand, school education, reflected in the dual social structure under the influence of school education in rural areas tend to weaken the momentum, as well as the educational choices of binary levels of school education under the influence of differentiation, thereby affecting the rural members'education quality and the desire to pursue higher education .Part IV: Deep Interpretation the impact of education to the rural members of social mobility, from educational choice and social stratification to explain the perspective of the relationship between the level of school education into how the cultural elite mechanism for shaping. Conclusion is that an important force for the rural member's social mobility is that intrinsic diploma in education in the cultural capital and social exchange value.
