The internet provides new platform for freedom of speech. Freedom of speech on internet can't be separated from protection and limitation. Regulations on internet speech are different from traditional ones, so we have to create new internet speech regulations. .This article analyzes and explains internet speech regulations in the following four parts.In the first part, the author states the relations and connections between internet speech and regulations, and points out that regulations are the combination of protection and limitation.In the second part, the author analyzes internet speech and its features and discusses six features of internet speech regulations, emphasizing the specialization of internet speech regulations.In the third part, the author discusses the legislation of internet speech regulations and reviews the dispute that whether we should have separate legislation or not.
