And authorities also have issued a number of related laws and regulations but the safety situation is still very grim and serious accidents have continued occurred due to various reasons. Coal mine safety production protection has played an active role in mine safety and production of protection with the related administrative regulations, local regulations, measures regulations on safeguarding the normal order of China's coal production. Protection efforts strongest protective effect of the most obvious and highlights legal protection of the ultimate value and goal is to protect the criminal law. Other laws and regulations can not be compared to the role of coal mine production safety safeguards of criminal law protection of safety in coal mines.
