The privacy in cyberspace is the extension of traditional privacy in network. As the progress of technology, especially internet techs, the traditional Privacy are facing unprecedented challenges in society now. The first, Information technology progress; the second, the freedom of the cyberspace; the third, the Commercialize of data; last, the national security in age of information. In days now, there are many forms of privacy Infringements, the typical examples are, improper access to personal data; illegal disclosure of personal information; network monitoring. In Developed countries, the protection of privacy in cyberspaces have their own characteristics, the U.S. and EU are typical in Protection. Which the United States mainly through industry self-discipline to protect the privacy in cyberspace, supported by relevant legislation to protect, especially of minors online privacy protection; the EU Directive, primarily through established to protect their personal data within the circulation and exchange. The present stage does not establish a perfect network privacy protection system. Industry self-discipline system in its infancy, mostly businessmen personal behavior; many laws and related rules, regulations provisions relating to the protection of network privacy, lack of uniform convergence. Solve these problems mainly some ways:the first, the technology; the second, industry self-discipline; the third, legal. Improvement system which protection of privacy in cyberspace of China should start from three aspects, to establish the basic principles of personal data protection; industry self-discipline system is established; the introduction of specific legislation, including the single "Personal Data Protection Act" and special legislation for minors.
