China and African countries in economic, political, cultural, security and so on exchanges and cooperation have developed very rapidly, building mechanism is now to maintain the development of relations between China and African countries, a prominent feature. China and African countries experienced a brewing mechanism construction starting, steady development, and fruitful three stages, from the original China and African countries issued a joint communique to establish diplomatic relations to China-Africa Cooperation Forum, China-Arab Cooperation Forum, the emergence of a series of mechanisms,effectively protects the Relationship's stability and development to improve the level of cooperation, and promote the growth of economy and trade between the two sides and their respective strengths to increase, elevate the Africa's international status and international influence, the somewhat subdued the hegemony of the superpowers doctrine, balanced international relations, promoting a multipolar world pattern, and fundamentally promote the China-Africa relations.In recent years, relations between China and African countries the institutional arrangements to promote development of relations between China and African countries, but also there are still some problems to be solved, mainly the construction of mechanism is still in its infancy, loose and lack of efficiency; the West countries through various means to suppress exclusion relations between China and African countries in the process of cooperation mechanisms; globalization on relations between China and African countries in the mechanism of building a new challenge; China and African countries with low level of existing cooperation mechanisms and the participation of not higher and so on. Relations between China and African countries reflect the mechanism of the development path of construction, future construction in the mechanism, the mechanism should reinforce the foundation for building construction to improve the efficiency of mechanisms; properly handle the various countries in Africa, conflicts of interest, and decisive measures to deal with the West state relations between China and African countries, the construction of the compression mechanism; proper handling of U.S. factors on the mechanism of China and African countries, the impact of construction; improve the theory of international mechanisms to address challenges posed by globalization. With economic globalization and world multi-polarization of the in-depth political development, we believe that the people in China and Africa traditional friendly relations under basic conditions, both in China and Africa shared political interests and the historical mission of background, in China and Africa national economic and trade cooperation and a wide range of complementary and great room for cooperation between China and African countries, the strong desire of both development cooperation, the cooperation mechanism between China and African countries will make great prospects.
