| From of old, The crisises have caused casulties and losses to human beings, which were almost named on the same day with the civilization progress. Recently, societies and governments all over the world paied much attention to the crisis problem, and academia carried out extensive and deep studies and got a lot research findings. It is not only an extremely urgent requirement but also a significant theoretical issue to investigate and analyze the public crisis events and the problems of administrative organizations revealed in the process of crisis-handling. In recent years, our government made progress in dealing with public crisis problems, however, comparatively, we are still far behind the developed countries, because we do not establish effective systems of crisis administration, and do have difficulties in handling serious crisis. So we need to take serious the experiences and lessons of covering sudden crisises and utilize other countries'sucessful practices, and we should respect the laws of public crisis administration to build a distinctive and scientific public crisis administration systems of our country.This article consisted of four parts: the first part elaborated the connotations and modes of public crisis and public crisis administration; the second part analyzed the characteristics——and analyzed the sucessful modes and experiences with practices——of public crisis administration of other countries;the third part analyzed with cases the existing problems and defects of our country's public crisis administration; the fourth part, based on studying the existing problems and utilizing other countries'sucessful pratices, conceived some methods of building public crisis administration of our country. |
