Study On Strengthening The Public Credibility Of The Construction Of Our Local Government

The credibility of the government's influence and appeal, embodies the authority of government, democracy, service level and extent of the rule of law. The credibility of the people's evaluation of the government reflects the people of the government's satisfaction and trust. At present, the whole credibility of the government, the central government has been very high public support, with high credibility, but some local governments preached by weakening the credibility of the trend. Therefore, strengthening the credibility of local government building, for the credibility of local governments in China to change the current status of the local government to improve people's satisfaction and trust is of great significance.In this paper, studies of other scholars, based on the concept of credibility of local governments to analyze the constituent elements of the Government's credibility and the current credibility of the basic characteristics of China's local governments. And then the credibility of the constituent elements of government within the framework of analysis that had led to weakening the credibility of the reasons for local governments in China. Low level of corruption of government officials, the Government's policy specification level is not high, the government's administrative system is not perfect and administrative law enforcement is not standardized, unfair, the Government's breach of contract and government staff, "not as" leading to weakening the credibility of local governments in China the main reason. Based on the analysis of the reasons for weakening the credibility of local government, combined with the actual local governments in China, this paper argues from the following aspects to enhance the credibility of local government building: strengthening the system construction and improvement of the rights of combating and preventing corruption; establish a correct view of achievements to promote local decision-making democratic and scientific; strengthening the rule of law, government, promoting the local government administration according to law; enhancing the integrity of the building of local governments to improve local government performance.
