As acceleration of world economy globalization, domestic enterprises will face competition from the whole world. The new challenge and pressure also impacts the industrial cluster in the East. The old cluster development model which was low cost, high energy-consuming and export-oriented couldn't have adapted to the new development demand in new situations. Governments release the new policy to support the upgrading of industry and the structural transformation. They encourage enterprises in cluster to enforce organizational change according to such a goal. The enterprises have faced the pressure of competition from the change of business environment, and they have chosen the organizational change to deal with the pressure and challenge as an important method.Our research is precisely launch under such background. Starting with the organizational change characteristics of enterprises, we analyze the contents and dimensions under the background of industrial cluster's transformation and upgrading, and then we discuss the change of organizational network characteristics. The dominant issues are the characteristics of the whole network of cluster and there are also some analyses of the effect to the organizational network characteristics from the organizational change characteristics.By selecting the tie industry cluster in Shengzhou of Zhejiang Province as samples, we synthetically use the method of interview study, case study and questionnaire study, also with the design thinking of Ego-center network and whole network to design the research. The deep researches on the organizational network of 96 enterprises (the annual output is more than 5 million Yuan) and 5 banks and the tie association have been made. By the technological measure of content analysis, social network analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis, the hypothesis testing has been done with the collected data.We can reach the following conclusion after the research: (1) under the background of industrial cluster's transformation and upgrading, the organizational change characteristics of enterprises contain the "risk taking", "capable fit", "out interaction" and "culture openness". (2) Organizational change has a positive relationship of Organizational learning and has positive effect on coopetition. (3) Under the background of industrial cluster's transformation and upgrading, the tie industry in Shengzhou presents three typical characteristic: low density, high centralization and clique. (4) The "risk taking" characteristic in organizational change has positive effect on the density of production network, knowledge network and financial network. The "capable fit" has positive effect on the density of production network, knowledge network and financial network. The "out interaction" has negative effect on the between centrality of production network and knowledge network, and meanwhile, it has positive effect on the scale of production network. The "culture openness" only has positive effect on the scale of knowledge network. |
