| In 2006,the United Nations Industrial Development Agency(UNIDO)and the International Organization for Standardization(ISO)formally proposed the new definition of quality infrastructure,namely measurement,standardization,conformity assessment and called the three pillars of quality infrastructure,among which conformity assessment consists of testing,testing and accreditation.ZJ Certification Group(Jiangxi)Company is a first-level subsidiary of ZJ Certification Group in Jiangxi Province.In the process of development,through the reform of public institutions and repeated transfer,the institution under the jurisdiction of Jiangxi Commercial Inspection Bureau gradually transformed into a state-owned enterprise with the main business of inspection,appraisal and certification,and fully participated in the market competition.In recent years,with the national pipes policy,foreign inspection certification enterprises began to enter China,the beginning of the private inspection certification enterprises and power,and retain the institutions before relatively backward organization form,management mode and organization ability,ZJ certification group(Jiangxi)company gradually fell behind in the increasingly fierce market competition,market share is compressed,the company developed to the bottleneck period.This thesis taking ZJ certification group(Jiangxi)company which is under the background of enterprise as the research object,using the literature research method,comparative analysis of organization change theory and literature,summarizes the research object of organization change strategy model,using organization ability theory,using John P.Kotter’s organization change theory as the method of organization change,formed the theoretical system of organization change.By designing the targeted questionnaires and an interview outline,questionnaire survey of all employees of the company,in-depth interviews with managers at all levels,combined the valuable experience of excellent enterprises in the same industry,looking for the current shortcomings in strategy,organizational structure and organizational capabilities and analyze its reasons,combined with the organizational change strategy model,develops a set of organizational change strategy for ZJ Certification Group(Jiangxi)Company,that is: starting from the development of the company’s strategy,based on the reconstruction of organizational structure,with performance appraisal and salary system reform as the guarantee,and with the supporting organizational capacity building as the content,promote the progress of organizational change,Improve organizational ability and company performance.At the same time,the process,method,content and safeguard measures of organizational change are elaborated in detail.Through this research we know,organizational change is a multi-dimensional system engineering,which requires long-term change content,mode and process improvement;risk assessment during organizational change and preventive measures can improve the success rate of change.It is hoped that the research in this thesis can bring enlightenment to the technical service enterprises under the background of enterprise in the practice of organizational transformation. |
