The Empirical Research Of Social Development Evaluation Based On Scientific Outlook On Development

The important way of implementing the scientific outlook on development is to establish the social development evaluation system that reflects the core of people foremost. Achieving social harmony is what we are pursuing for a long time. That's why it's significant on the guidance of Chinese development to build the social evaluation system and give an empirical research.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter emphasizes on the construction of the social evaluation index system based on scientific thought of development. The third chapter introduces the evaluation methodology of social development. The fourth chapter discusses the empirical research on social development of China and prefecture-level regions of Liaoning province. The last part is the conclusion.The major work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the maximum correlation, the evaluation model fit for Chinese social development vertical assessment is established. This model sticks to the principal that the related coefficient between single weight and combinational weight must be maximal, and finally maintains the most original information of subjective and objective weights, which could reflect both the expert opinion and indicator characteristics.(2)The entropy weight-based Grey Cluster Model is established to assess the social development of prefecture-level cities. By applying Grey Cluster Model into the evaluation of 14 prefecture-level cities, the research could effectively show the uneven development in Liaoning province.
