"People First", as the core of the scientific development concept, is a way of respecting people and value orientation, which embodies the Marxist concept of humanitarian social development. Deng xiaoping didn't Propose specifically the "people-oriented" concept,However, it was formed in the process that he lead China's reform and opening up and socialist construction,the historical experience combined with the requirements of the times.all times given to man, involving people, around people. Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented though containded much, and laid the theoretical basis of the scientific development concept, enriched and developed Marxism people-oriented thinking. It also had great theoretical and practical significance. This peper aims to understand deeply scintific development concept through anylizing People-oriented ideology of Deng Xiaoping and summaring historical experience,therfor,promot China's socialist modernization drive. It is divided into four pa.The first part, The theory sources and bases of Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented thought. This section is the logical starting point of this article. It studies the basis of Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented thought mainly from two point of view of theorey and practice. Theoretical origin includs three aspects:the ancient Chinese thought of the people, the comprehensive development of Marxist theories, Mao Zedong's people's interests and the Western concept of four aspects of this ideology. Realistic basis includs three aspects:changes in theme of the times, the experience of socialist construction lesson summary and reform and opening up.The second part, The basic content and main features of Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented ideology. This part is the most difficulty section in this paper. It is mainly discusses the basic ideas of Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented thoughts content and main features. Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented ideology is summarized for aspects in this peper as follows:people's common prosperity, people's interests, people being the masters of the country and cultivate the " four new people "; the main features of Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented thoughts are summarized four aspects:times, people, practical and comprehensive. The third part, the development of Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented ideology. This section focuses on the new developments of Deng Xiaoping's people-centered ideology in present. New developments mainly are showed by that the third generation of central collective leadership and the new central collective leadership inherit and develop Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented thoughts in new era.The fourth part, theoretical contributions and practical significance of Deng Xiaoping's the people-oriented ideology. This section is the focus of this article.
