On The Improvement Of Government Information Disclosure Mechanism

April 5th, 2007, "The People's Republic of China on Open Government Information" (hereinafter referred to as "Regulations") announced that May 1, 2008 come into force.The meeting decided that the draft after further revision by the State Council for promulgation. This is a significant step forward in China's building of political democracy and the transformation of government functions of the major initiatives will help protect the citizens basic political rights, so that the public has full right to know, to understand all aspects of government used to maintain the majority of the people's fundamental interests, while government organs and their staff put forward new demands, not suitable for the times to change the working methods and work style, so that genuine participation by the public to government information disclosure in an effort to allow the public to conduct effective oversight of government and actively participate in national social and public affairs, economic and cultural affairs and political affairs, which also help the Government improve their service level and management level, in order to better serve the people.In this paper, government information, as well as an open discussion about the theory of large amounts of data accessible from China's current status of public government information, infrastructure and problems to find the perfect the mechanism of China's approach to open government information, and the actual situation in our country, learn from advanced foreign experience to explore our government information disclosure mechanism to improve the way out.
