Research On Industry Organization In Perspectiv E Of The Policy Network

The increasingly multiplication and complication of social development bring the difficult position to the formulation and implementation of public policy. The state controllers have not been able to depend upon the traditional bureaucrat organizes to process the society and the economic affairs alone, but must mobilize and admit the more social strengths to maintain the validity and the validity of policy. The theory of"the policy network"is precisely various countries state controllers encourage and request social organization to participate reflection of the policy's formulation and the execution. This has also reflected relational changes between the government and social, the government and the market.In this paper, we analyze the industry organizations through the theoretical perspective of policy networks and explore how industry organizations to participate in and influence public policy formulation and implementation of public policies in policy process in order to improve quality of the formulation of public policies and reduce obstacles in the process of policy implementation. Through the analysis of structural relationship between government and industry organizations and member companies, we analysis comparison the role of Europe and the United States and China's trade policy networks, then trying to discuss interaction mechanism between the explanatory industry organizations and other actors through network structure. This article holds that through the analysis of how to use the the relationship between policy networks, expressing the aspirations of their own interests, then have been expressed and developed in public policy, as social actors in their role, status, functions in the policy process received country and citizens'recognitions and is related to how the normative development of social intermediary organizations, to establish cooperation and interaction mechanism between industry organizations and inter-governmental in network, and p1olicy's formulation and implementation is likely to achieve a kind of approval by the principal ideal. This provides research value which could be effective government for our industry organizations involved in policy process orderly.
