Employment Discrimination is a global phenomenon which exists more or less in almost every county and region particular on China mainland. The problem of Employment Discrimination is very harmful to society which has not only infringed upon the fundamental human rights of the Chinese but also violated the constitutional principle of all people are equal before the law, much more, the problem of Employment Discrimination has damaged social justice and has imposed a serious threat on the construction of harmonious society.So how to eliminate the Employment Discrimination phenomenon is an issue that all the Chinese should considerate seriously. This thesis gives some suggestions on the re-establish of the law system of anti-employment discrimination. The thesis discusses the problems of Employment Discrimination deeply which follows the order of what is Employment Discrimination, why should we prohibit Employment Discrimination, how we can improve the law system of regulating Employment Discrimination. The thesis is composed of six chapters including introduction, body and conclusion. The thesis has got a creative conclusion based on the analyzing of the experiences of the U.S.A and Hong Kong, on the analysis of the embody and the reasons of the Employment Discrimination phenomenon, that is, in order to eliminate the Employment Discrimination phenomenon, we should not only enact a law to regulate the Employment Discrimination phenomenon, but also improve the regulations in legislation, judicial system and administrative system.The thesis has reached a creative result about the analysis of the reasons of anti-employment discrimination and the means of how to improve the law system of regulating Employment Discrimination after comparing analysis , enumerating analysis and definition analysis.In a word, as the saying goes, "law alone can not carry themselves into practice". In order to eliminate the phenomenon of Employment Discrimination, we must take all kinds of approaches such as economical, political, social, and law, though the law system is of the most importance one. Only in this way, can we obtain the effective consequence.
