The Preventive Mechanisms Of Juvenile Probation Re-offending

Academia has been the focus of attention of the problem of juvenile crime . The problem has attracted the law, sociology, psychology and many other scholars of different backgrounds attention and to study it . Scholars study a wide range of content, including research on the causes of crime, of criminal acts and psychological research, the study of crime prevention and so on. This shows that the problem of juvenile crime has aroused widespread concern in the community.From the United Kingdom, sung in the United States system of modern probation repentance where the first-time offenders, juvenile offenders or other criminals, laws and regulations are applicable to probation. For the protection of minors , Shanghai from 2004 introduced the concept of youth care system and Shanghai's Minhang District, was among the first to implement this system . This article is the study of these youth probation . Through description and analysis of young people social support system , I need to study the changes in the social support system in probation period as well as the impact of changes in behavior. I want to try to explain the relevance of young people social support system and the behavior in probation period.This article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the Introduction, including research background, research subjects, the question of awareness, this paper methods and significance of this study . Chapter II is the review of the Literature , including the review of social support, young people social support system and Juvenile delinquency . Chapter III is the core concept of the article and framework to explain . Chapter IV is young people social support system before the probation period in probation period. Chapter V is social support system for youth probation on re-offending the role of prevention . Chapter VI is a discussion and summary which is a synthesis and summary of this article . Through the study of this article , I think Young people receive an increase in social support system in probation period and The main increase in affective support and instrumental support. Emotional support mainly from family, peer groups and relatives and one family's emotional support for crime prevention and then played the most important role . Instrumental support from relatives and social workers and its crime prevention must also play a role . If the social support system has the role of crime prevention, Young people's understanding of social support will become restricted or to promote it role.
