Law Faith And It's Establishment In China

At present, the socialist legal system is being built in China. It is not only complete legal structure and legal system but also cultivate people's law emotion. Psychology is the inner motivation and dominant power of the behavior and behavior is external performance and appearance of psychology. People's behavior is controlled by the brain which is dominated by a serious of psycho logic activities. So, cultivating people's law emotion is very important to the construction of china's legal system. On the aspect of law emotion, the domestic scholars appeal to establish people's faith in admitting and respecting of nature law and ideal law. However based on undeveloped china's legal system, it's more proper for people to establish faith in substantive law. People trusted law very deeply according to their religious faith, commodity economy, legal system culture and advanced political parties system in western countries. Compared to it, China is lack of tradition of law faith. Furthermore, during the process of social transfer, legal system is not completed, which is discrepancy between law value and people's value and law can't operate very smoothly .So that Chinese people don't trust in law. Law has it benefit foundation being trusted, establishing law faith is psycho logic need of constructing social legal system and is also a very important way to resolve social trust crisis. So it's very necessary and possible to establish law faith in china. In order to establish law faith, at first, it needs to make a uniform code to build the authority of the law accorded with benefit and need of people. Second, it has to strengthen government's credit, control the power by law, perfect it's judiciary system, enhance creditability of judicature and exert example function of legal profession stratum in the process of establishing law faith. Last but not least, it needs to strengthen law education and law popularization to increase people's right awareness.
