Trust originated in Great Britain in the medieval period and trust law forms an essential part of Equity Law. The codification of Chinese Trust Law is the result of implantation of the English trust law. So in this article, the author will first discuss how to understand the concept and nature of trust within Chinese own legal system and its own theory of law.Trust law no doubt brings great impact on the traditional Chinese law system. How to harmonize the potential conflicts between trust law and other related laws and systems is an important issue that needs to be addressed. The article makes an intensive research in this regard.Trust is a magic instrument having versatile applications, most of which often cause disputes and concern.
