A Study On The Competency Model For College-graduate Village Official In Henan Province

This research select college-graduate village official from Henan Province. Preliminary research the competency model of college-graduate village official,in this article,methods such as behavior event interview,check-list,the matic analysis and questionaire survey were used to collect date.The results are as following:This research interviewed 20 college-graduate village official,including 10 excellent and 10 ordinary ones,by behavioral event interview(BEI).The results show that the excellent college-graduate village official own some specific traits such as ability to create wealth,self-confidence,power of influence,challenge and support, go-aheadism,orientation for service,self-control,professional knowledge and skill, conceptual thinking,however,include political conviction,conscientiousness, communication skill,management ability,passion,justice and equity,endure hardship and work hard,strain capacity,strain capacity,information acquisition,self-discipline, appetency is the college-graduate village official qualities.The questionnaire for the study proves to be valid and reliable with factor analysis and a Cronbach alpha test.exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was adopted to test the scale and the physical commitment were composed of individual trait,political and ideological,integrating skills,interpersonal competence,And the examination on the influence of population statistics variables on each of competency.Current limitations and future research orientation were also discussed at the end of the dissertation.The results and findings in this research can be helpful for college-graduate village official's four key links of"Select","Install","Help"and "Manage".
