A Study On The Modernization Thought Of China Democratic League(1941-1949)

Modernization is one of the ideals for day and night to the Chinese people.China's modernization presents three kinds of developmental trends in 1940s:modernization practice put by KMT Government,modernization exploration made by Communist Party and modernization efforts taken by the representative of the neutral powers-China Democratic League.These three trends are entirely different in nature.According to the research of China's modernization of this period,currently academic circles put more emphasis on the former two,but they study haphazardly less to the modernization thought of the neutral powers.Therefore this article fixes position at the modernization thought of China Democratic League.This text mainly includes introduction,the origin of modernization thought of China Democratic League,main content and evaluation. In the first part,it concisely generalizes the textual research value,the present condition,and the research project.In the second part,it mainly analyzes the origin of modernization thought of China Democratic League.It primarily concentrated on democracy view of China Democratic League.,the influence of international background,the impulse of internal situation, inner constitution of party members and outline analysis.In the third part,it elaborates the main content of modernization thought of China Democratic League.It regards political democratization as the thought of political modernization;it views industrialization as the key to the thought of economic modernization;it thinks of independent and democratic spirit as its soul of the thought of cultural modernization and returns the army to the nation as the thought of modernization in the army.In the last part,it is mainly from positive influence and historical limitation to evaluate modernization thought of China Democratic League.The positive influence comes from that time and the social reality,the vertical and horizontal to analyze;the historical limitation is from the content of thought and means to realization- two levels to be taken into thinking.
