The Study Of The Amendments To The Party's Constitution Of Gross-root Organizations In Political Science

This article use the Institutional Change Theory, draw on the study methods of Political Science, Organizational Science, Economics etc. in a systematic and in-depth analysis way, to study the amendments to the contents of the constitution on gross-root organizations, and from aspects of the set up and authority of the gross-root organizations, to study the process of its amendments, then use the institutional change theory to analyze the contents of the amendments, therefore to probe the regular pattern of the amendments, and then to sum up the law of the change, arrive at the proposal for the construction of party's gross-root organizations. Through the study it can be found that the change of the social environment in which the Party is located, especially the change of the economic factors and the change of the party's institutions are the propulsion and conditions for the amendments of the party's constitution. It was the mandatory institutional change for the party act as the primary action group, and the way of it appears to be the induced institutional change pattern.
