The Development Of NGO In China Under The Backgroud Of Globalization

The wave of globalization sweep across every corner of the world, in terms of scope and depth, there is no such examples; in terms of NGO of international politics, their appearance and development is connected with the course of globalization, and especially globalization problem. As economic increasingly is mutually development, the technology and craft permeate to social life, and traditional roles of national boundaries decline, the people face many problems such as environment pollution, the population explosion,drugs spread everywhere that become more and more seriously, and the government has not enough ability to control it. Under such circumstances, all kinds of NGO have a bigger space to show their abilities and function. It will be globalization governance in the future, the government will emphasize good governance, and it will be a globalization civil society. The close country to international intercourse will be left far behind. The wave of globalization brings us more perfect civil society of western countries, and NGO is the most important symbols of civil society. It offered many good experiences to our government, which pursue constantly good governance. thereby, it will benefit the development of our NGO in policy and system, and the wave of globalization brings us more information opening, increasing more opportunities to contact with the other countries NOG. Benefiting our grass roots organization in ideas,fund and technology.This article analyse not only the relationship between globalization and NGO, but also the trend of value. Putting forward a new trend of ethics value—special equality and justice, that means the equality for all living creatures and human beings, and also the balance equality of human beings for post-modern characteristic, which means concern weak group. The post-modern trend of ethics value that pay no attention to the right, but to the obligation—general moral obligation, that means all nations,countries and individual are under obligation to nature. Also, this article analyse the relationship between NGO and government in China, pointing out that NGO become not only the necessary partner who helps government carry out good governance, but also criticize partnership. And NGO gives full play in environment field which government pays no attention to it. And it also plays an active role in substantial development. Finally, it also analyse the weakness of NGO in order to explore a road, which is suited to domestic conditions. The purpose to write this article is to study the present development of NGO, and reasonable analyse and it brings benefit to our civil society. Our NGO is a necessary partner to the government, at the same time, to study our NGO is very helpful to improve international status and mutually trust. The meaning to study the development of our NGO is that it is necessary to cultivate and perfect our civil society, and also it is necessary to enhance mutually trust in international society. Finally, it is necessary to strengthen mutually trust, and mutually communication with government.
